Del Rae Heiser, B.S. is the Program Coordinator for the Argus Institute and oversees daily administration, operations, and development activities. She also assists the staff providing client support and maintaining curriculum and teaching programs. Del Rae came to the Argus Institute from a non-profit environmental organization where she acted as a Volunteer and Office Manager. Del Rae brings to the Argus Institute 14 years experience in marketing, special events, and non-profit administration.

Del Rae received her B.S. degree in Marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver (1994). She devoted the first part of her career to the marketing field where she worked in the radio and cable television entertainment industries. Del Rae held promotions, marketing, and sales positions for KOOL 105 Radio and the Comedy Central network. Additionally, she acquired special event and incentive travel expertise from her role as a Travel Director. In 2002, Del Rae transitioned from the for-profit industry to the non-profit sector. The passionate and unique nature of the non-profit organization is especially rewarding and challenging and she looks forward to continuing her professional experience in her position at the Argus Institute. Del Rae shares her home with her lovely green-eyed cat Alice.
